The holiday season of giving may be over, but the students at Bellmore’s Winthrop Avenue School are still remembering those less fortunate. Throughout the month of January, the Student Advisory Council hosted a coat drive for children and adults. The students collected dozens of winter coats and donated them to the Salvation Army.
