Lunch Program – Important information about online ordering

1.      The lunch schedule below must be adhered to as the on-line program has specific cut off dates to allow the lunch committee to complete vendor orders and release your orders.  No exceptions can be made to accept orders after the ordering cut-off dates so please be sure to complete your orders as required.

 

2.      See below for a schedule for future ordering.  During a typical ordering cycle you will have 7 days to place orders for lunch.  Late orders cannot be accepted.

 

3.      Our on-line menus have been created using the school calendar and it’s scheduled holidays and closings.  Therefore, if school is closed, that date will not appear on the order form.  However, you will need to be aware of the day(s) your child’s class is going on a trip so that you so not order lunch.  Class trips will be listed on the Message Board when you sign in to the system.  If notification of trips is received from the schools after the closing of lunch ordering period, you will be entitled to a credit on the next lunch order placed.  If you have received notification and ordered lunch anyway, no credit will be given.  Please be careful not to order on trip dates.

 

4.      If you require any on-line support of the ordering system, please follow the on-line directions to contact the software company for support.  The lunch committee should not be contacted regarding on-line issues.
