Class Parents

A very important role of the PTA is to provide parent support to teachers through out the year. Whether it be chaperoning a class trip, buying supplies for a class party or organizing the class lunch servers, class parents are always available to help.

Class parents are also there for the parents as well. If you have a question about a class trip, serving lunch or special event at the school, you should feel free to call your class parent. They would be happy to hear from you. They can also provide you with the names and phone numbers of children in your child's class.

If you are not sure who the class parent is for your child's class, you can contact the PTA Executive Vice President or the class parent coordinator of your child's school.

Offer to be a class parent in your child's class next year by returning the volunteer form that comes home with your child in the late spring. It will be a great experience for both you and your child!
