The retirements of Bellmore Public School District employees who make up a combined 107 years of experience were accepted during the board of education’s monthly meeting on June 13.

Retirees included Nancy Brugge, a teaching assistant who served for 30 years; Diane Kalish, a school secretary who served for 30 years; Jeanne Quinn, a teacher aide who served for 25 years; and Bonnie Tunick, a teacher aide who served for 22 years.

The district thanks each Star Polisher retiree for their many years of service and wishes them a happy retirement.
