Rising Star Leaders at Reinhard Early Childhood Center in the Bellmore Public School District who will soon move up to a new school celebrated their excitement on May 17.
The entire second grade class gathered in the gymnasium for an active session of line dancing. Grooving alongside their peers, second graders followed dancing instructors to dance to the beat of the music. Some dancers also led the way in front of their peers. Afterwards, second graders excitedly went outdoors to jump and climb on Reinhard’s playgrounds. There, they received ices to sweeten the day. Next school year, second graders will move up to third grade at Winthrop Avenue School.
