It was a sweet day at Reinhard Early Childhood Center in the Bellmore Public School District as preschoolers were visited by loved ones to partake in a gingerbread house-building activity.
Preschoolers were ecstatic to see their loved ones join them in the cafeteria. They were handed a variety of crafting materials needed, including faux gingerbread crackers, glue and colorful cutout doors and windows. Families then began carefully assembling their perfect gingerbread house. Each unique creation was brought home by parents to be displayed for the holiday season.
