Students at Shore Road School in the Bellmore Public School District reviewed important tips on how to be exemplary leaders while on the bus on Sept. 21.
Shining Star Leaders filled each row on the school bus as they sat attentively alongside their classmates. Teachers shared tips on safety that will be important during upcoming field trips. Students reviewed rules such as keeping the aisle clear, avoiding food and drinks and maintaining a low noise level. As each class exited their respective bus, they were prepared to display their leadership skills on the bus in the future.
