The second grade class at Reinhard Early Childhood Center – who will soon move up to Winthrop Avenue School – celebrated the end of the school year with engaging physical activities on May 16.

Second grade classes were broken up into color-coded groups to face off in a series of challenges. Under the direction of coaches, Rising Star Leaders leaped over obstacles, scored soccer goals and conquered in tug of war as they rotated between activities. It was an idealistic sunny day, and students took full advantage, showing their teamwork, trust and respect for one another. The celebration concluded with cold ice pops for everyone.
